Dramatic River Rescue Caught on Video
A dramatic river rescue was captured on video Sunday U S Park Police responded to the Occoquan River Dam for a boat in distress after the motor on a boat broke down It forced the people onboard to abandon the boat as it drifted towards the dam Rescuers hoisted both men to safety just before the 50 foot drop
