The search is over Authorities say the body of a 13-year-old girl has been found in the Missouri River at Fort Yates Sioux County Auditor Barb Hettich says divers pulled the girl s body from the river about ten after two this afternoon Sheriff Frank Landeissays the girl was with two friends along the riverbank when she went in the water about 7 p m on Wednesday He says she disappeared after a wave caught her The girl s name has not been released The sheriff says she is from Fort Yates Dive teams from Burleigh and Morton counties helped in the search Landeis says one boat was pulled off the water because of the strong wind
